Entrance control system

One of the designer’s main objectives is to reduce the running costs of sports buildings.
For this reason access control and the barriers which regulate the admittance of users has taken on great importance.
Since this type of equipment is subject to frequent stress, solidity together with constructional simplicity are essential features in order to reduce maintenance to the bare minimum.
Patentverwag’s barriers and access control devices meet the needs of designers and managers and changing market requirements.

The key features of this product range are:
Solidity
We use only high quality materials: stainless steel, 2mm thick and polycarbonate, a highly resistant plastic material.
Stainlessness
All particulars, even those of the inner mechanical parts, are made of stainless or rustproof materials; a basic feature for sports building materials and an essential requirement for swimming pool materials.
Modularity
To permit the ideal solution to every problem in the design of new buildings or adaptation of existing ones.

Sectional barriers, bent tube barriers.
Welding and bending stainless steel tube is very expensive, for it requires complex equipment and labour-intensive work. To reduce costs, we have worked out an alternative: polycarbonate moulded joints which permit assembly of any type of barrier. Patentverwag barrier models thus belong to three different classes:

Sectional barriers
made of rectilinear tube units and polycarbonate joints.

Bent and welded tube barriers
made of bent and welded tubes.

Special barriers
we can also supply structurally complex stainless steel tubular barriers for special requirements.

Sectional barriers
AISI 304 polished stainless steel tube, 45mm dia.; black polycarbonate moulded joints, ground fastening polycarbonate or stainless steel parts.
Bent and welded barriers
AISI 304 polished stainless steel tube (45mm dia.) cold bent elbows, polished weld with milled and welded tube; stainless steel ground fastening base.
Entrance control system
AISI304 stainless steel tube different diameters, cadmium steel gears, stainless steel or PVC finishing

ASI 304 stainless steel tube, outer dia. 45mm, used for both sectional and bent barriers.

Stainless steel upright (mm45 dia.) height 115cm, round base, 11cm dia, 3mm thick, with holes for ground fastening. We advise this upright for barriers in already operating sport buildings.

In fact, ground fastening is obtained by means of expansion dowels and self threading screws.
The barrier stress resistance is directly proportional to the floor resistance. Therefore, in case of high stress, we advise to adopt the upright ref. S914

S 914
Stainless steel upright (45mm dia) height 115cm, rectangular base flange with holes. The installation requires floor embedment of the special stainless steel base P1243 type.

The barrier is bly resistant to stress and particularly safe, thanks to its banisters, handrails, balustrade etc.

Stainless steel upright (45mm diam), height 115cm, polycarbonate moulded flange with four holes. To be installed it need screws and expansion dowels.

Entrance control system made of chromed steel; it consists of central revolving unit with four spokes, admittance upright and anti panic device. Equipped with installation accessories.
